Three days of Easter is a term that describes the last three days before Easter. The term “three days of Easter” is used especially in the Roman Catholic Church, also other Christian churches are intensively preparing for this most important Christian holiday – Easter Sunday. On Easter Monday, the day after Easter, Christians celebrate the image of Jesus to their disciples on their way to Emmaus. In memory of this event, on this day, Christians visit their loved ones. Easter Monday is also a holiday day in Slovenia.
