Gross hourly rate: 8.98 EUR Net hourly rate: 7.73 EUR Amount paid directly to the student’s bank account.
IMPORTANT FEBRUARY PAYROLL RULE
February work must be calculated based on the actual date of work.
WORK PERFORMED UP TO AND INCLUDING 4 FEBRUARY 2026
Gross hourly rate: 7.34 EUR Net hourly rate: 6.32 EUR
WORK PERFORMED FROM 5 FEBRUARY 2026 ONWARD
Gross hourly rate: 8.98 EUR Net hourly rate: 7.73 EUR
WHAT EMPLOYERS MUST DO
Review student timesheets by date.
Apply the correct hourly rate for each period.
Update payroll and student work calculations without delay.
This obligation applies to all employers engaging students or pupils under Slovenian student work rules.
