To je zakonsko pravo koje je povezano sa va\u0161im pravom na godi\u0161nji odmor, \u0161to zna\u010di da imate pravo na njega \u010dak i ako zapravo ne iskoristite sve dane odmora (npr. zato \u0161to ste na dugotrajnom bolovanju).<\/p><\/p>\n<ol class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-eebee1\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p><strong>Minimalni iznos<\/strong>: U <strong>2026<\/strong>. godini, minimalni iznos c\u0301e biti utvr\u0111en na <strong>1.481,88 evra<\/strong> (jednako nacionalnoj minimalnoj zaradi).<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p><strong>Srazmerno<\/strong> pravo: Ako niste zaposleni tokom cele kalendarske godine, imate pravo na <strong>srazmerni iznos<\/strong> (1\/12 za svaki mesec zaposlenja).<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p>\u00a0<strong>Zaposleni sa skrac\u0301enim radnim vremenom<\/strong>: Generalno dobijaju srazmerni iznos na osnovu odra\u0111enih sati. Me\u0111utim, oni koji rade sa skrac\u0301enim radnim vremenom zbog <strong>roditeljskog odsustva, invaliditeta ili kao \u017ertve porodi\u010dnog nasilja<\/strong> imaju pravo na puni iznos, ba\u0161 kao i zaposleni sa punim radnim vremenom.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p><strong>Rok za plac\u0301anje<\/strong>: Poslodavci moraju da isplate \u201e<strong>regres<\/strong>\u201c do <strong>1. jula 2026.<\/strong> U slu\u010dajevima te\u0161ke nelikvidnosti, ovo se mo\u017ee produ\u017eiti do <strong>1. novembra 2026.<\/strong> godine, ali samo ako kolektivni ugovor u industriji dozvoljava takvo produ\u017eenje.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p><strong>Godi\u0161nji odmor (\u201eLetni Dopust\u201c)<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p>Pravo na <strong>plac\u0301eni odmor<\/strong> je osnovno i ne mo\u017ee se odustati. Roditelji dece \u0161kolskog uzrasta imaju posebno pravo da koriste najmanje <strong>jednu nedelju tokom \u0161kolskih raspusta.<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p><strong>\u0160ta je \u201ejedan dan po izboru\u201c?<\/strong> Svaki zaposleni ima pravo da uzme jedan dan godi\u0161njeg odmora na dan po svom izboru. Morate dati poslodavcu obave\u0161tenje najmanje <strong>3 dana<\/strong> unapred. Va\u0161 poslodavac mo\u017ee da odbije samo ako bi va\u0161e odsustvo ozbiljno ugrozilo radni proces.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><p><strong>Mogu li da uzmem odsustvo u satima (npr. 2 sata danas, 6 sati sutra)?<\/strong> Ne. Va\u0161 odmor je za odmor i opu\u0161tanje. Imate pravo na<strong> plac\u0301eno odsustvo zbog li\u010dnih okolnosti <\/strong>(do 7 dana godi\u0161nje).
