Čatež ob Savi, 18 February (STA) – The group of Terme Čatež spa operator generated EUR 39.2m in net revenue in 2012, the company said in a press release posted on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange web page on Monday. Operating profit reached nearly EUR 4.6m 2012, which was almost level over the year before.

The group generated EUR 1.8m in pre-tax profit last year. The group’s cash flow in 2012 reached nearly EUR 11m, which was an increase over the year before.

The core company’s net revenue reached EUR 31m in 2012, which was 1.5m less that the year before. Its operating profit before tax was at EUR 3.2m, which was around EUR 0.5m less than in 2011.

The group’s total assets reached EUR 196m, while its capital was at EUR 133m on 31 December 2012 which amounts to nearly 57% of all financial liabilities, the press release said, adding that “this ensured a solid base for future development and very successful operating of the company”.

The group is made up of seven companies. The biggest among these are core company Terme Čatež spa, Marina Portorož and Bosnian Terme Ilidža spa.
